- Quality and detailed scheduling for all areas are the main focus areas, He/She is considered as the face to the customer working closely (onsite) with business and Solutioning team (Solution Architects, Functional specialists, developers, etc.),
- He/she is accountable for the following tasks within the change control process:
- Configure MES for respective area,
- Create Training Material,
- Train Key Users,
- Address business questions/requests according to the methodology.

- He/she reviews and supports testing of the developer code for developments in conjunction with developers and liaises and resolves faults identified with the Data Migration / Integration and Testing teams in support of testing cycles.

- 3-5 years plus working with MES / ERP or variant in a hands-on project environment:
- Experience in enterprise-level MES / ERP projects using waterfall methodology throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success,
- Extensive experience with application configuration, including workflows,
- Experience defining business requirements, writing functional design documentation,
- Expert level understanding of MES / ERP systems modules and underlying architecture design,
- Experience in designing MES/ERP software components, Experience integrating MES/ERP with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools,
- Full lifecycle MES/ ERP experience in manufacturing environment with specific understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, shop floor, commercial and finance processes and operations,
- Expert in depth understanding of business functions. Specific knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
- Intimate knowledge of Change management approaches and techniques e.g. stakeholder analysis, stakeholder mapping, content creation and delivery,
- Initiate, implement and maintain Lean and TPM related projects like:
- Autonomus maintenance
- Changeover improvement
- 5S
- Start up and down procedure optimization
- T-tag system
- Root cause analysis
- Minor stops root cause identification
- Process optimization
- Idea box process
- Increase people Lean awareness and knowledge by training, teaser, campaign
- Improve and sustain on high level Performance Management (KPI driven reviews, meeting structure, counter actions)
- Identifying cost savings opportunities and leading related projects
- Support the change management
- Coordinate and support the Lean developing projects (5S, Kaizen)
- Conduct structured problem-solving exercises
- Elaborate and implementate process development suggestions
- Measure and audit CI progress by KPI tracking and provide feedback
- Seek for Best practices in PPF network
- Active member of PPF Lean community representing SOP and participating in X-audits
- Prevent troubleshooting problems
- Seek for site performance improvement opportunities
- Ideally, a degree in Engineering
- Or a degree in Food engineering or technical manage
- Site Operation experiences are mandatory
- Lean and TPM experiences are mandatory
- High level of English
- Good understanding of Lean, TPM tools and 5S

- Plans projects and possible measures for further development and improvement of supplier management, release processes for finished products, of corrective and preventive measures during production as well as specifications for the handling of deviations
- Controls and monitors the implementation of planned measures in the above mentioned areas. Monitors quality standards of all products and initiates changes which are relevant in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for formal review of batch records and release of batches in SAP and making decisions about internal holds when necessary

- Degree on Quality field or similar (minimum BSc but preferred MSc)
- Guality experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment 5-10 years (preferred Pharmaceutical Business, GMP knowledge)
- Knowledge of ISO 15378 / ISO 13485 and ISO 14644 standard, GMP, APQP, PPAP
- Good command of English
