Feladatok
- Meet and over-achieve all financial performance indicators
- Strategic and operational development of the company
- Successful leadership to the finance department
- Ensure transparency about the development of key performance indicators, risks and opportunities
- Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Work with the senior management to develop budgets efficiently Provide project finance information
- Perform risk management and manage contracts, grant compliance
Elvárások
- University degree (preferably a Master´s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, and/or Treasury)
- Leadership skills, unwavering determination and personal integrity
- Proven knowledge of IFRS as well as good knowledge of accounting, controlling, finance and possibly also tax
- Entrepreneurial attitude and experience and skills how to navigate in the matrix of a big international group
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Hungarian native language mandatory, fluent in English written and spoken, German skills highly desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally
