Szűrés Beállítása- Supervise and monitor the development, coordination and implementation of a HR procedures;
- Promoting efficient and balanced labour management;
- Ensuring compliance with labour law, data protection;
- Active participation in HR projects and preparation for internal and external audits;
- Managing the recruitment and selection process;
- Supporting succession planning processes;
- Management of training and development programmes required to meet the organisations strategic objectives;
- Ensuring proper and accurate HR administration, preparation of HR-related documentation, regulations;
- Supporting employees and managers on HR issues;
- Preparing reports on employment, positions, staff numbers and employee data (both in Hungarian and English).
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in relevant field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- High level of knowledge of labour law;
- Agile, open-minded and precise person;
- Computer literate (MS Office) with a thorough knowledge of Excel;
- Nexon system knowledge is an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills;
- 6-8 years HR experience (end-to-end recruitment, controlling, training organization, payroll & benefits, labour law).
