Site HR Business Partner

- Partner with the site management team to develop and deploy an HR strategy that meets business needs and builds a dynamic organization that delivers significant, sustainable growth.
- Consult with and assist businesses on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, succession planning, leadership selection, and related areas.
- Plan, implement, and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, compensation planning and review, and compliance programs).
- Partner with local and regional HR teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions
- Assist with communicating and training of managers on new HR programs, systems, and processes as required.d
- Responsible for supporting compliance policies and their practical implementation
- Represent the site on audits to meet Automotive requirements
- Communication of key goals and priorities through written communications, presentation materials, and presentations to employees and business partners
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough and investigations
- Develop and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all employee levels
Elvárások
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- Bring approximately 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Possess substantial experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Hungarian employment law and related policies.
- Communicate confidently in both written and spoken English and Hungarian.
- Maintain a strong commitment to protecting and ensuring data privacy.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others with credibility.
- Embrace a self-starter mentality and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
